    I’ve just about removed everything i could from my Galaxy S6 to install the update for alphabear. Nothing worked – keeps saying insufficient space. I then uninstalled the game completely to reinstall and now it wont install at all due to ‘insufficient space’. I can install other apps no issue.


    That’s unfortunately not an Alphabear issue–the app doesn’t do anything until installed.

    There are two things you can try before talking to your device manufacturer and/or Google (since Google makes the Android Operating System):

    1. Try the steps here:–Couldn-t-install-on-USB-storage-or-SD-card-Google-Play-versions-only- . The symptoms sound slightly different, but it may work for you.

    2. Email and say that you had problems installing. We can give you a link to download the game directly from us, which sometimes works for people having trouble downloading and/or installing from Google Play.

    If neither of those work, please contact your device manufacturer and/or Google. Instructions for contacting Google Support can be found here:
