I’ve purchased the “unlimited turns” in the app sometime last year from my iPhone. I’ve lost that phone and had to replace it with another iPhone. I have tried to restore my purchases through the app; it then asks for my Apple ID password. After entering my password, nothing happens and unlimited turns have not been restored.
(Please take it from us; people are human and are sometimes mistaken about which email address was used for a particular purchase. We see it all the time. Ordinarily it’s not a big deal; the Restore simply doesn’t work until the correct email address is used. But with the alternative restoration method you’ll be charged if you get your email address wrong, so we try to look for other possible problems first.)
