There are 2 stones and 2 kings of bear. Next room also doesn’t have needed objects.

Assuming this is on Steam, please find your Save File ( https://spryfox.zendesk.com/entries/47169530-Finding-your-Road-Not-Taken-Save-File-Steam-version-only- ) and email it to support@spryfox.com so we can take a look at it.

My guesses right now, having not seen your Save File, is that 1) there is possibly a Red Stone that you can turn into a Blue Stone by throwing it one or more spaces (it won’t change color if you throw it 0 spaces), 2) you may have crafted Ice from Bear Statue + Ancient Mortar (if so, the Bear Statue is gone), 3) if you threw a Crow at the Red/Blue Stone or the Bear Statue, it would relocate the object to a random room on the map that you might not be able to access, 4) maybe you threw the Red/Blue Stone or the Bear Statue out of a room and then later let the room re-lock itself (but if you unlocked the room again, you could enter it and see the missing object), and 5) it’s possible that the map-generating algorithm made a mistake and didn’t spawn enough Red/Blue Stones or Bear Statues where you can reach them.

As far as moving forward, your options are: A) find the missing Red/Blue Stone or Bear Statue so you can unlock the doors, B) talk to the Mayor and say that you’ve given up on the other children–you’ve saved at least half, which is enough to move on to the next year, or C) wait for us to fix your save file and email it back to you. I advise A or B, since those will get you back to playing faster, but we’d be happy to look at your save file if you’d rather proceed that way.

(For what it’s worth, here is some additional info on Red Stones and Blue Stones since they are somewhat tricky (the last poster has nicely summarized the correct behavior that some of the posters above had also figured out): http://steamcommunity.com/app/293740/discussions/0/35220315562268961/ )
