We’ve received this complaint from some folks, but other folks (including us when we’ve tried) are able to get into the tournament just fine. So we need more information in order to understand why it’s not working for you.
Please do the following two things:
First, please email email@example.com now with:
1. A sentence reminding us what the problem is.
2. Your device model (e.g., “iPad Air 2” or “Samsung Galaxy S5 mini”)
3. Your operating system version number (e.g., “iOS 8.1.3” or “Android 4.4.2”)
4. Your game version (e.g., “v1.89.7g (4023)”). If you click the gear icon within the game, the Options Menu will open. The version number is at the bottom of the Options Menu.
